Work for you "Study of the relationship of the leader and his followers through the institutional pattern and the organizational metaphor." The effectiveness of leadership is based on the ability through their unconscious processes to manage not only their reactions, but also the reactions of followers, as well as to live emotions and awareness of the nature of their origin. The dynamics of unconscious intrapersonal, interpersonal and group processes can explain many decisions in the life of companies and is a powerful force in understanding human motivation and actions. The hypothesis is that the identification of behavioral and emotional distortions in the leaders of organizations and their followers helps to realize the extent to which unconscious fantasies and unconscious behavior affects the relationship in the organization. The purpose of the work is to recognize the deep psychological aspects of the relationship between the leader and followers. As well as understand the emotional reactions of employees associated with the actions or decisions of the leader. Subject of study: the relationship of the leader of the Company with the followers (heads of departments).
