The interest to leasing activity is associated with the growth rate and volume of the leasing business in recent years. At the end of 2018, the leasing volume exceeded 1.3 trillion rubles, while at the end of 2017 the leasing volume amounted to 1 trillion rubles. The volume of business of leasing companies is determined by the total value of leasing agreements. In this regard, it is necessary to understand the pricing of these agreements. This paper presents an econometric analysis of the impact of transaction parameters and company performance on the value of leasing contracts, as well as the impact of transaction parameters on financial income. The analysis revealed that the initial cost of asset has a positive effect on the price of the contract, while the amount of the advance and the term of the contract is negative. The same effect is observed on the financial income of the leasing company. The results of the study are consistent with previous studies.
