Organization Project Management Maturity in Large IT Company

This research discloses peculiarities of corporate project management system and performs project management maturity maturity model (PMMM) in large IT company. Based on the research conducted, a set of recommendations was developed. These recommendations are aimed to increasing maturity of project management. What's more, best practices were evaluated in terms of their applicability to the company's specific character.
