The purpose of this graduation work is to consider possible ways of working with anxiety using the psychodynamic approach during the period of various transformations and reforms in the organizational environment as a whole and on the example of a single Russian company. In the first part of the work, the main psychoanalytic theories of anxiety are considered. Also, through psychoanalytic theory, was made an attempt to trace the evolution of anxiety in an organizational context, namely during the period of organizational transformation, and to see what possible ways exist to work with it. Special attention is paid to the role of a leader in dealing with individual and group resistance during a period of change, its ability to maintain. In the empirical part, it is demonstrated how individual and group anxiety circulates in a single company during a period of changes of various kinds, what is the role of leaders and agents of change in this process and what effect an alarming state can have on the company as a whole. The results indicate that individual and group alarms are intensified in the absence of streamlined communication between employees of the organization and change agents. The information vacuum can be a push to the person regressing to the level of a paranoid-schizoid position. At the same time, according to the results of the research, it was noted that in certain cases, an anxious state may be sent to the working channel and contribute to the improvement of the quality of work performed.
