The Key Success Factors for the Livestock Industry Enterprises

The purpose of the work was to develop a methodology for identifying key success factors, including sources of information and a scheme for its analysis. To achieve the goal of the study, the following tasks were performed: 1) Based on the analysis of the theory of strategic management, methods for identifying key success factors have been determined; 2) Based on the analysis of the specifics of the livestock industry, including its enterprises as potential objects of research, as well as the existing system of state statistics on their activities, the limitations and possibilities of the research have been determined; 3) The complex of the most pressing problems for the farms of the dairy industry of animal husbandry in the Moscow region; 4) The degree of applicability of existing methods for the assessment of agricultural companies for the allocation of CSF has been determined; 5) The alternative sources of information suitable for identifying KFU have been analyzed; 6) The author's models have been developed (with the elaboration of the information base) of identifying key success factors based on the identified problems and ways to overcome them. That is, the results of the study were the author's model for the allocation of CSF, as well as a list of the main problems of the industry.
