Developing a Program Framework and Conducting a Facilitation Session for Top-management at Level Group

Group Facilitation is something new in the business services market in Russia, a new form of a group work organization. Today, the market of group facilitation services is just in the beginning of its way; many managers and HR specialists do not know what facilitation is. In this thesis, I will describe a phenomena of group facilitation as a process which helps a group improve how it identifies and solves problems and makes decisions, to increase the group’s effectiveness. There will also be given a detailed description of the facilitation session conducted for top managers, developed for the Level Group company, the session scenario, results, conclusions. This thesis refers to the project genre. The main purpose of the facilitation session is to introduce group facilitation as a method of organizing group work to Level Group’s top managers. The task of the facilitation session is to develop new ideas of how to increase employees level of involvement, satisfaction and loyalty and to develop a cross-functional communication
