The Legal Status of Regulations in Sports

The work is devoted to the study of the legal status and legal nature of the regulations of sports federations in sports The purpose of the work is to form a scientific and holistic view of the legal status of regulatory standards in sports. In the first part of the study, the concept of regulation norms and the essence of regulations in sports are formed. The legal nature of the regulations is revealed and is defined as the sources of labor law. The second part of the master's thesis examines the legal status of the regulations, as well as their effect on the subjects of sports. The structure of this thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion.
