Influence of International Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Requirements on Company's Public Offering on the Example of RUSAL on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and X5 on London Stock Exchange

This paper examines the link concerning the fundamentals of international companies corporate governance structure and specificities of them going public, including the examples of international companies RUSAL and X5 Retail Group. Drawing a theoretical framework from the academic literature, case-study was performed and financial analysis of panel data. So it was found that efficient corporate governance determines position of an international company on the stock exchange and it is an essential part of making investment decisions as well.
