Improving the Medicines Visibility in the Supply Chains under the Condition of the Mandatory State Labelling Introduction

Theme: " Improving the Medicines Visibility in the Supply Chains under the Condition of the Mandatory State Labelling Introduction” The volume of final qualifying work - 132 pages of main text which contain 40 figures, 37 tables and 2 formulas. For writing work used 40 sources. Keywords: visibility , labeling, serialization The object of the study is the traceability of Medicines in the supply chains. The subject of the research is to improve the traceability of Servier medicines in the supply chain. The masters work consists of an introduction, three chapters of the main text, conclusion, list of references and annexes. In the introduction, the urgency of the problem is justified, the object and subject are defined, the goal is set, the main tasks are formulated, the scientific novelty and significance of the problem under study are revealed. The first chapter analyzes the economic activities of “Servier” and its place in the Russian pharmaceutical market, analyzes the indicators of financial, economic and logistical activities, identifies the main problems in the company's logistics activities. The second chapter describes the global trends in the development of medicines labeling, the benefits of traceability in supply chains. The features of labeling of medicines in the Russian Federation are listed, a set of measures to address them is formed. In the third chapter of the study, the developed set of measures was applied to develop recommendations for the implementation of labeling at Servier. Proposals were prepared for the reengineering of business processes and the implementation of Track & Trace. The estimation of economic efficiency in the framework of scenario analysis was realized. In conclusion, the main conclusions and recommendations on the use of research results are formulated.
