Improvement of Company Warehousing Processes

Recently, the need for effective management of the organization has increased, which is associated with global changes in the economy, the need to improve the competitiveness of companies and the need to meet the expectations and needs of consumers. Business process management is a prerequisite for the effective management of the organization, contributing to the development of the company's flexibility and rapid adaptation to environmental changes. This final qualifying paper is devoted to the analysis and improvement of the company's warehouse processes. In the processes of “acceptance of goods in stock” and “placement for storage”, the main problems were identified, a causal relationship was established between the factors causing these problems, and a program of recommendations for their improvement was developed. The effectiveness of the recommendations program has been evaluated in terms of the operational activities of warehouse processes using simulation modeling
