The object of the research is the production company KiiltoClean. The subject of the study is the logistics activities of the production company KiiltoClean. The company is the largest sales representative in Finland. The purpose of the master's thesis is to analyze the existing level of logistics service. The following tasks: • Analysis of the logistics and financial and economic activities of the company; • analysis of the existing theoretical aspects of the level of customer service and logistics services; • Identification of the main reasons affecting the unsatisfactory level of the company's logistics services; • development of a set of measures to improve the quality of logistics services in the company; • Justification and evaluation of the results.
