The Model of Franchising Chain for Rehabilitation Clinic

In this paper proposed franchising model for neurorehabilitation clinic, which based on a study of the theoretical and practical aspects of franchising in health care, legislative restrictions and the characteristics of the relevant market. The model made it possible to comprehensively describe the interaction of the participants within the franchise network, determine the conditions for the exchange between them, the boundaries of the participant control, and also show the influence of environmental factors. The paper also proposed an approach to the choice of a territorial development strategy and selected regions for hosting franchisee clinics. The proposed model reflects the functioning of the franchise chain in the field of high-tech complex medical services. Therefore, it can be used in the construction of a franchise chain by medical organizations.
