Features of the Regulation of the Labour of Head of Sports Organizations

The main aim of this work is to establish features of the regulation of the employment of the head of the sports organization as well as to offer some legislative ideas. To achieve specified aim, the author shall complete the following tasks: 1. To establish peculiarities of legal status of head of the sports organization through the labour law methods; 2. To identify peculiarities of head of the sports organization, which distinguish him from the head of any other commercial organization; 3. To analyze the issue of concluding employment contract with the head of the sports organization; 4. To analyze peculiarities of termination employment with head of the sports organization, especially on the following grounds: A. expiration of the term of employment contract; B. termination of employment under the initiative of the employer due to adoption of unjustified decision by the head of the sports organization, which entail damage of the company's property; C. termination of employment under the initiative of the employer due to gross misconduct by the head of the sports organization; D. additional grounds of employment termination with the head of the sports organization, provided by Article 278 of the Labour Code; 5. To clarify peculiarities of bringing the head of the sports organization to liability, especially to: A. disciplinary; B. material; C. criminal;
