Corporate Culture Diagnostics in a Financial Organization

The corporate culture diagnostics can be an important tool in the processes of organizational changes which allows to estimate how it is possible to build a positive corporate culture. Nevertheless it is impossible to transform the corporate culture without the right selection of diagnostic methods. The distinctive feature of this research is the application of multiple methods which allows to outline the current state of corporate culture more accurately. The main purpose of the research is to develop recommendations for the effective transformation of the corporate culture. To achieve this purpose it needs to explore the phenomenon «corporate culture», develop the model of diagnostic research, collect and analyze empirical base. As a result of this diagnostic research there were determined the degree of declared values’ perception by employees, formed a new model of key values, identified the characteristics and problems of corporate culture, determined the dominant type of corporate culture and directions of culture’s development. Based on the corporate culture features there were given recommendations for improving corporate culture of the financial organization.
