Within the framework of the dissertation research the theoretical aspects of environmental management in the hospitality industry were studied, the tasks and functions of environmental management in hotel enterprises were identified, the environmental legislation regulating the company's activities was analyzed. As an example, the "Kulibin" Park hotel & Spa was considered and the organizational structure was studied, the environmental project management system was analyzed. In the work was considered the international experience of the practical implementation of the mechanisms of environmental management in the hotel industry and based on this information were proposed measures for the implementation of conservation technologies in the hotel (on the example of "Kulibin" Park-hotel & Spa).
