Priorities of the State Environmental Policy to Reduce the Impact Of Environmental Pollution on the Health of the Population of The Russian Federation

The degree work on a subject «The priorities of the state policy of reducing the impact of environmental pollution on the health of the population of the Russian Federation”, is devoted to justifying the priorities of reducing the impact of environmental pollution on the health of the population of the Russian Federation. The paper discusses the spatial and temporal changes in the scale of the five types of emissions of pollutants into the environment, as well as factors of physical activity of citizens, the standard of living as additional variable explanations of data. The basis of this work is the study of panel data for the regions of the Russian Federation for the time interval from 2004 to 2016. A regression analysis was performed on the types of diseases diagnosed for the first time in life and emissions of pollutants from stationary and mobile sources. The research results have formed a number of priorities aimed at improving the state of the environment and health indicators of citizens of the Russian Federation.
