In this research, the analysis of Plato's political philosophy conducted by Leo Strauss is evaluated, Leo Strauss’s characteristic axial problems (1) the political vs. the a-political 2) poetry vs. philosophy, 3) logos vs. nomos, 4) philosopher and the city) are revealed; Leo Strauss’s legacy and its potential are evaluated.
