The topic of the study of the final assignment was the problem of “Optimization of the Warehouse Logistic Processes”. The concentration of my research on the warehouse complexes of e-commerce companies is justified by the relevance of computerization and automatization of the shopping processes. In the final paper, the features of electronic commerce will be revealed. Due to them companies have already faced problems in managing material flow and stocks of goods in a warehouse. Since the key success factors of companies in the e-commerce field are not only the quality of the produced products, but especially the processing time of the order and its delivery to the consumer, the problem of optimization of the warehouse logistic processes has become much more significant among e-commerce companies. Moreover, the study of such processes implementation is now one of the most relevant tasks. The study includes three chapters. The first two are theoretical: they reveal the concept of e-commerce, list the main warehousing operations and, as a result, identify “thin” points of the e-commerce companies’ storage processes and suggest ways to optimize them. The third chapter - the definition and practical application of the method of ABC- and XYZ-analyzes, which are used to calculate the optimal safety stock for different product groups as well as to propose a model for managing them and to optimize the warehouse logistic processes.
