Transformation of The Business-model of The Company of The Agro-industrial Complex in Terms of a Digital Economy

The first chapter provides theoretical foundations of the business model, namely, different approaches to its definition, models with which it is possible to analyze the company's business processes, as well as ways to transform the company's business model. The second chapter presents an overview of trends in the market of the agro-industrial complex of Russia, the potato market, as well as a description of the company Pogarskaya Potato Factory. The third chapter contains an analysis of the company's business model in order to transform its BM and the subsequent development of initiatives to achieve the goal.
