Socio-political transformation of society is a multifaceted, multi-factorial process, a key component of which is the development of gender equality. Proceed from the assumption of a direct correlation of the processes of socio-political transformation from a gender factor. This makes it possible to formulate a thesis: the gender strategies of state policy are the systemic basis of positive socio-economic and political transformations in all spheres of society. Its patriarchal and traditional character has always distinguished this region. The life of a Caucasian woman has never been easy. With the advent of technical progress, the life of a woman in cities is facilitated, but the life of most mountain women has changed slightly, and in some places has remained unchanged.
