In the framework of this Master's dissertation the author studies the main provisions of the Moscow Housing Renovation Program in their semantic relationship with the constitutional legal guarantee of the right of private property contained in the art. 35 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The specificity of the Russian legal regulation of renovation of residential urban spaces is analyzed, criteria for the relationship of private and public interests of renovation subjects are determined, the content and limits of the realization of the constitutional right of private property are examined, the degree of intervention of renovation implementation mechanisms within the constitutional guarantees is assessed, and the experience of redevelopment is examined in foreign countries.
