Protection of the Rights of a Bona Fide Acquirer of Property From an Unauthorized Person

This work is devoted to the study of problems related to the legal status of a bona fide acquirer of property from an unauthorized person. The author carried out a historical analysis of the institute of bona fide acquisition of property rights in foreign and domestic legislation and investigated the legal nature of the acquisition of property rights if the alienator is the unauthorized person. In addition, the paper provides a legal analysis of the terms of acquisition of ownership by a bona fide purchaser.
