Defense of Property Right of Bona Fide Purchasers: Questions that have not been Solved in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation Rulings

In this graduation thesis the student unveils the essence of the concept of bona fide purchaser in doctrine and in the legal precedents of the highest courts of the Russian Federation, including the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Besides, the author analyses the area of problems, connected with the bona fide purchase of property, that have not yet been the subject of evaluation by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and offers her own view of possible constitutional protection of rights of bona fide purchasers.
