Issues of Legal Protection of Commercial Secret

The article is devoted to the study of the legal nature of the concept of “commercial secret”, its relationship with other institutions close to legal regulation, such as “production secrets”, “insider information”, as well as problems related to the protection of the rights of information owners, mentioned above. The author insists on the need to change the legislation on the protection of commercially significant information, since the current legislation cannot be called harmonious and orderly. The author turns to judicial practice and examines the current contradictions and problems faced by the courts in resolving disputes about the production of secrets and commercial secrets.
