The Political Constraints of Urban Reforms in the City of Moscow

The paper discusses the reform of the transport system in Moscow (2011-present days) and how it is influenced by political constraints. In the course of the work, international experience was analyzed, the state of the transport system of Moscow before the reform was analyzed, the intermediate results of the reform were analyzed. An expert interview was conducted. Also, expert assessments of measures to reform the transport system in Moscow were studied and an analysis of what was not done was carried out.
