Water Protection Zones in the Legislation of the Russian Federation. Law Enforcement Problems

In law enforcement and judicial practice, there are often difficulties in applying the current water legislation, and for citizens and legal entities, the implementation of its provisions becomes difficult. This final qualifying work identifies and highlights the gaps and problems of legal regulation of the legislation of the Russian Federation on water protection zones and develops proposals for legislative improvement of this institution.
