Personnel reserve studies of division managers are designed to offer opportunities for further research in the field of personnel management. The overall goal of this work is to understand why we need a personnel reserve, how to form it and how to manage it. The work also shows the importance of staff development in the company, the pros and cons of the personnel reserve for the company and employees.
