Managing Personnel Reserve of Heads

In recent days, companies are increasingly paying attention to the development of HR, as it becomes clear that the staff is a competitive advantage of the company, and it is necessary to search and develop suitable people for the company. The personnel reserve is an important part of the work with the staff because it affects all aspects of work with the staff: recruitment, hiring, training, monitoring and dismissal of staff. Personnel reserve studies of division managers are designed to offer opportunities for further research in the field of personnel management. The overall goal of this work is to understand why we need a personnel reserve, how to form it and how to manage it. With the help of observation and interview all necessary information was obtained for further work. The results obtained helped to create the necessary recommendations for the company to improve work with the personnel reserve. Thus, future research in this area will give impetus to the development of HR as a whole. The work also shows the importance of staff development in the company, the pros and cons of the personnel reserve for the company and employees.
