The information technology sector is one of the fastest growing. Modern IT companies are sensitive to changes and trends in the market and apply the best practices in the field of human resources management. The study of motivation and stimulation methods of IT professionals is relevant due to the growing demand for these professionals around the world, including Russia. The object of this master's thesis is the personnel management system. The subject is non-financial motivation in the personnel management system in the IT company. The purpose of this work is to create a project that increases the motivation of staff in a particular organization.
