Blockchain-based Stamps Supply Chain

Nowadays there are a lot of industries which effectively work with blockchain technology. It is done to secure the data and make participant interaction more transparent. In this work, we are going to consider the implementation of the private blockchain for supply chain of postal stamps and some modifications which can be used to store and dissemination data. We decided to choose private blockchain technology because such a system has a higher flow capacity of transactions than a system based on a public blockchain. In addition, we provide the fractional reservation method which effectively works against DDoS attacks, and lets blockchain confine some malevolent transactions. The project is realized on Rust programming language and based on Exonum framework. The implementation of our project is in open source.
