Problems of Compulsory Withdrawal of Land for State and Municipal Needs

The final qualifying work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical problems of the institute for the withdrawal of land plots for state and municipal needs. In the main part of the work, the problem of defining the concept of “state and municipal needs” is analyzed. The main gaps in the legislation are identified, as well as the problems of law enforcement practice arising in determining the size of the redemption price, which includes the market value of the land plot, losses and loss of profits when purchasing the land plot. Proposed reasoned solutions to existing problems on the studied issues.
