Recently, people are increasingly making decisions about purchasing a particular product or a service based on feedback from customers on the Internet. Therefore, a natural business interest arises in artificially creating public opinion about some product by placing a large number of reviews, designed to look as independent opinions of different people. This paper presents an approach to solving the problem of identifying paid comments. The idea of the approach is as follows: we put each comment into a corresponding vector, and then cluster the resulting set of vectors. By studying the properties of the resulting clusters, a criterion was formulated, based on which it can be determined whether the cluster responds to the paid comments or not.
