The problem of employee adaptation is relevant: the results of his work, the likelihood of dismissal, the degree of job satisfaction depend on how well the employee is adapted; The problem of adaptation management is also related to this: thanks to management, it is possible to influence the adaptation process, and, consequently, the parameters that depend on the success of adaptation in the firm.
