The purpose of the work is to develop methods for increasing the economic efficiency of a consulting project for the implementation of an information system in business processes of supply chain management in a small business segment company According to the results of the study, several ways were proposed to increase the efficiency of the information system implementation process, which will reduce the risks of a consulting project, reduce the time frame, project implementation budgets, and automate more functionality, which will affect the economic efficiency of the company.
