An implementing an effective system of stocks management is a significant company's advantage which provides lower costs and better performance. The general purpose of the project is to optimize enterprise inventory management system. The present research will include the review of theoretical basis on inventory management, analysis of current inventory management system and modeling systems for one of inventory classes derived from ABC-XYZ classification. According to the simulation results, the most optimal system was chosen, and the economic effect of its implementation was calculated.
