Social entrepreneurship is a relatively new direction of the economy, not only for Russia, but also for many Western countries. However, there is still little research in the scientific literature on how social entrepreneurship companies organize their business model. Thus, this work is aimed at exploring how these companies combine the creation of social and economic values and which business models of social entrepreneurship are used by Russian social entrepreneurs in organizing the work of the company. This paper reflects the current typology of social business models, key characteristics and features of each model, which allow classification of social enterprises. Therefore, the work will help to reflect what types of social enterprises are currently in Russia, how and in what sphere they influence society and solve social problems. Also, the classification will help the government to build priorities and develop measures, and the make decisions of how to support a social enterprise, a particular area of their activity. Another classification can provide a basis for future social entrepreneurs in choosing their own business model. In the future, it may help to collect statistics to assess the scale of the social effect in specific social areas.
