Catering Development Strategy

The relevance of exploring this topic is that with the help of a well-planned strategy, a company can achieve its goals and objectives, improve financial performance and improve its operations in general. Nowadays because of the wrong development priorities or the complete lack of full and detailed visibility of the goal for which the company should seek, it may not sustain intra-industry competition, its product will not be interesting for consumers and it will eventually become bankrupt. The decision to build a strategy will use such methods as: included observation, analysis of internal documentation of the organization, market analysis. Strategic tools will be used for external analysis: market analysis, competitive analysis, PESTEL analysis, Porter’s five competitive forces model, for internal analysis: resource analysis, segment analysis, SWOT analysis. As a result of the study, the ways of strategic development of the company were identified. With the help of the proposed strategic measures, the company will be able to achieve its goal: strengthening its competitive position in the catering market.
