The paper reviews the key aspects of technology transfer through technology brokering approach, analyses key issues in the interaction of science and business and provides methods of addressing these issues from the technology brokering perspective. The author also provides a set of recommendation on introduction of elements of technology brokering into activities of the Scientific Information Center of Nizhny Novgorod, including ways to improve its educational programs, and information and innovation strategies.
