This paper is devoted to the study of corporate culture adaptation methods by the example of those employed at Metro Cash & Carry and Nestle in Russia.

The aim of the research is to identify what corporate culture adaptation methods can adapt corporate culture in a greater degree and what national culture characteristics present in corporate culture are more subject to be substituted with other national culture characteristics.

It is concluded that corporate culture adaptation methods that can adapt corporate culture in a greater degree are recruitment and training adaptation. National culture characteristics that are present in the corporate culture and more subject to be substituted with other national culture characteristics are individualism and communitarianism, specific and diffuse culture characteristics.

It is recommended in further research to study other factors influencing corporate culture of the company, their nature and the extent of their influence on corporate culture.
