Problems of Intellectual Property Legal Protection in the Russian Federation

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the systems of criminal law protection of the intellectual property in the Russian Federation. In particular, the articles 146, 147, 180 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation were analyzed, the features of the practice of their application are identified. The author also suggested ways to solve the existing problems of criminal law protection of intellectual property in the Russian Federation.
