In the research paper the Employer Brand Attractiveness Factors for Young Professionals were identified. The qualitative method of research (in-depth interview) was used. The interview was developed through theoretical research on employer brand and marketing. The preferences of young professionals and the brand perception were considered. As a result, factors for young employees were identified. The main result of the work is a list of factors that affect the perception of young people. This information can be used for building the employer's brand positioning of companies. Especially for companies that the target audience is young professionals.
