Thesis describes the results of the analysis of CMOS circuits using amplifiers with design standards of 3 μm, 0.5 μm, 0.35 μm when exposed to various factors characteristic of outer space, namely: temperature difference from -60 to 120 ° C and radiation up to 1 Mrad.
