There are different capitals, but it is difficult to find a city as controversial in its history as Moscow. The face of this city changed, its character also changed, but there is one property of the city that helped the capital through the years - these were people inspired by Moscow, people singing, changing it, people who made the cultural heritage of this city so different. In order to show the most diverse movement and reincarnation of the city of Moscow, we have chosen one of the most intense periods - the 20th century. So the project got the name - "Moscow XX". The aim of the project was a visual story about the rich time for change and coups of the city time. The fact that Moscow managed to survive, what personalities helped or hindered this city, which someone sang in poetry and prose, someone looked for oil paint in iridescent colors, and someone destroyed it both metaphorically and literally. "Moscow XX" covers key events and characters, also not losing sight of the small but important details of this time. The structure of the project is based on the chronological order, which in turn is divided into major chapters, corresponding to the given time period. In order to highlight the most important points around which the project is concentrated, a large amount of research has been done, including both an editorial study of textual sources and a detailed search and analysis of images. The authors see the expansion of the Moscow concept as the main goal of the project. Image of Moscow as an interesting view of the city. The result of this project was a multipage edition of “Moscow XX” and corporate identity, which reinforces the study in the form of a book with additional visual messages that convey the general idea of this work.
