Recommendations Development to Enhance the Business Model of LLC «CVT Company Group»

The theme of the final qualifying paper “Recommendations Development to Enhance the Business Model of LLC “CVT Company Group””. " The work consists of introduction, four chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. In the first chapter of the work have been studied theoretical approaches to the analysis of business models. It defines the nature and types of business model, as well as the influence of industry specifications. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the main characteristics of LLC “CVT Company Group”, with the definition of the impact on the company's activities of internal and external factors. To build an analysis of the company's business model, it was decided to conduct an analysis of the furniture market in the third chapter of the work. The fourth part is devoted to the analysis of the business model at the three levels proposed by O.A. Tretiak and D.E. Klimanov. Five recommendations were developed to improve the performance of the business model LLC “CVT Company Group”. In conclusion, the main findings from the study are presented. The total work 81 page excluding applications.
