Competitiveness of Companies of Foodservice Market

Today foodservice market in Russia is becoming more and more competitive. However, there is not enough attention to be paid to studying competitiveness and, in particular, its structure. The foodservice market of Nizhniy Novgorod, B. Pokrovskaya st. is analyzed at this paper with the usage of author’s express-methodic to identify factors to influence competitiveness and theirs degrees. Methodology of this work contains observation, analysis and synthesis, surveys. As a result, key factors to influence competitiveness are defined and their degrees.
