Finding the ways of terminating the civil war as the basic step of national reconciliation by comporting with another country with similar background. I found the model for my case in Sri Lankan National Reconciliation. Britain proclaimed control Myanmar and Siri Lankan for over 100 years. British planted economic, social, cultural and administrative society. After getting the independence of both two nations in 1948, the ethnical tension started, and civil war was erupted by ethnic insurgent groups against to the particular government in both countries. The main reason was that the ethnic groups accused that the majority ethnic government made a kind of minority discrimination. Then government and the ethnic could not build mutual trust each other. When the ethnic groups called for autonomy for their regions, forming as federalism, the civil wars started. The main problem is that the ongoing civil war in Myanmar cannot be terminated and the national reconciliation has not been achieved yet. The government of Myanmar have tried in different ways such as making the several peace dialogues and political negotiation with the leaders of ethnic insurgent groups tend to Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA), but the peace building progress is not stable till now. Myanmar government study the way of terminating in other countries, but different countries have different situations, that is why it cannot be copy exactly from others for specific case, just study and need to find out the usable methods and the ways of approaching to peace systematically.
