Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Regulatory Acts in Russia

The real work represents a complex research of assessment of efficiency of regulations in Russia. In spite of the fact that in science the question of efficiency of the right, efficiency of the legislation and also of legal monitoring was already repeatedly investigated, in scales of a dissertation research the ratio between new tools estimates of efficiency of the legislation, namely, estimates of the regulating influence, estimates of the actual influence and earlier tools of assessment was not carried out: legal monitoring, examination of bills. Within this research all existing tools of assessment are considered as the uniform system of assessment of efficiency of regulations in Russia. In addition, in this work proceeding from a complex research of a question author's definitions of the concepts "efficiency of the regulatory legal act", "usefulness of the regulatory legal act", "profitability of the regulatory legal act" are given.
