This research is dedicated to validity and enforceability issues in International commercial arbitration acts. Parties who convey their legal relations in this system are faced with the specifics of the arbitration procedure in general and abjudication in particular. Therefore, the result of this research is to compiles the practice of the arbitrational courts, analising problems and developing steps that would eliminate the existing contradictions and avoid the risk of losing validity and enforceability power of arbitration acts.
