This research is dedicated to the analysis of the basic concepts in ethics and political philosophy of the American philosopher Martha Nussbaum such as justice, capabilities’ approach, human dignity, political and moral emotions, moral imagination, education of the citizen of the world and feminism. The work also attempts to distinguish between the methodological foundations of the moral and political philosophy of Nussbaum.
