Economic-Statistical Analysis of the Residential Real Estate Market in Moscow

This final qualifying work includes three chapters. The first chapter discusses the history of the real estate market, its classification, functions and methods of evaluation. Also in this part of the study, I I describe the factors of supply and demand in the real estate market and consider the phenomenon of the formation of the “bubble” and various forecasting models. The second chapter discusses the current situation of the real estate market in Moscow, the main trends in supply and demand. Finally, the third chapter is a comprehensive statistical analysis of primary and secondary housing in Moscow. It includes the analysis of macroeconomic factors, factors influencing pricing in various districts of Moscow. Also, this part of the study include method of identification of the “bubble” in the housing market and built a forecast based on the method of neural networks until the end of 2020. The total volume of work, including applications is 99 pages.
