Student: Bayburin Nagim

Supervisor: Natalia Pronina

Faculty: Faculty of Law

Educational Programme: Jurisprudence (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2019

It is commonly accepted that not all institutions of law are studied thoroughly. Moreover, the directions of some of them are studied more than others. This situation is true for the institute of consumer protection. So, civil-legal methods of consumer protection are detailed in the legislation, while the administrative-legal mechanism of this protection still needs to be improved. This is the purpose of this research: to study the material related to the administrative side of consumer protection, to identify related problems, and to find ways to solve them.
